WORK: LOVE AND SERVICE

Heaven is a name for service: there is no heaven for those who will not serve.

If you open yourself up to the spiritual powers and at the same time give up yourself, you will be guided in any work you wish to do. And you will draw closer to that multitude of spirit or being who need you and want to work with you

When the Almighty father breathed life into the soul of man he gave him freewill: much as an architect would give an engineer a plumber or bricklayer the tools and the instructions he need and then give him freedom he knows his job and is expected to do it properly.

You may be in an office or at home, out of work or retired but whatever you, you are all workman for God .You may think your life is useless; you down tools and go on strike but there is nobody who can tighten the nuts you have to tighten, or put into place the part of the structure you have to put into place. It is your work and you will take up the tools and finish the job. It is a wonderful job, a great building with many builders: it is called the kingdom of heaven.

If you hinder Gods work you will have unhappiness here on earth and greater unhappiness after you leave it. Aid it and you will have happiness and His Kingdom of Heaven and a more beautiful kingdom after death. The choice is with you. On one side is God, the Almighty father and on the other side is self (being you) and the struggle between God and self has been going on since the birth of man.

 You are all working out God s great purpose. You carry on for the short number of years that you have on earth -then you leave it with so little done that the Almighty father has send you back and again to finish the job. So time (time means nothing to God) his work will be finished.

There is nothing given for nothing ____ you have to earn it all the way. There is joy and happiness in the earning, but every step on the ladder to the kingdom of heaven is worked for

 The unhappy, the lonely and the hopeless can find perfect happiness through service and love. The more love you give while you are in the flesh the more spirit enters the soul or (higher heights perception). Happiness lies in the giving of self.

Every one, before seeking Gods help and guidance, should go and offer themselves in service to one of his creatures.

What is service? Self-sacrifice. To do something you do not want to do, to help someone else. But once the sacrifice is made the service become a pleasure. That is God’s gift to you. But give service, not because of the pleasure, but for the love you have for your neighbours. Then service becomes the most important thing in life.

 It is by your gift of love and service that we, the spirits, have the power and are allowed to draw so near.

Progress depends on two things: LOVE and SERVICE. Do not try to get rid of your selfishness or your vanity-- I think that is impossible.  Just give love and service and, almost before you notice it, you will have become a different person.

R.I.P is often written on gravestones. But they don’t die and they don’t rest, they go on living and working under God’s laws, many of them become servants in different spheres of creation....... Oh they work!

It is your prayers that bring those in different spheres to your side. The religion of the future will be based on this. The world will form into one band with the Angels above it. Working in conjunction with the Angels is very important -- it was the religion of the early Christians - communing with the Angels, beings and feeling that those in Heaven are very near. And when you get your prayers answered, so you will begin to know the dead; you will feel their presence. As you draw them nearer to you. You are drawing nearer to Christ and His Angel Hosts.
